What counts as a lookup?
A lookup is one address search session. The autocomplete keystrokes a customer types while finding one address collapse into a single billable lookup — you’re never charged per keystroke.
What happens if I go over?
Pro includes 25,000 lookups a month, then bills overage at $3 per 1,000 — no forced upgrade. The Free tier stops at its cap. You’ll see usage and projections in the console well before you get there.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Pro is card or direct debit; Enterprise and Government accounts can pay by EFT or purchase order on manual invoicing.
Do I need to attribute G-NAF?
Yes — the open G-NAF licence requires a short attribution to Geoscape Australia. We provide the exact wording, and it’s already in these pages’ footer.
