Report packs, Team and the WattleAddr Property console

Firms that order property reports often, such as conveyancers and buyer’s agents, can now buy them in advance and order them from one place: the WattleAddr Property console at console.property.wattleaddr.com.au.
What is live today
- The console. Create an account at console.property.wattleaddr.com.au. It is separate from any WattleAddr API account. You set up your firm, invite the people who work with you, and choose a role for each: owner, admin, billing or member.
- Two-step verification. Every console account signs in with a password and a code from an authenticator app.
- Packs. 20 reports for $176, 50 for $396 or 200 for $1,298, each including GST. Reports in a pack do not expire.
- Team. 300 reports in each Sydney calendar month for your firm, for up to 5 different people over the term: $594 for 3 months or $1,980 for 12 months, each including GST. It lasts for the term you paid for and does not renew by itself.
- Paying. We issue a tax invoice. You pay it once, by card through Pinch or by bank transfer. We do not hold your card details and we do not take direct debits. An invoice is due 7 days after it is issued. If it is still unpaid after 30 days, we may cancel it, and nothing is charged.
- Ordering. Choose an address in the console and press Generate report. The PDF shows in the console, where you can download it or email it to a client. The report comes from your balance. If a report cannot be produced, it goes back to the balance by itself.
- Reports ordered. The console lists the reports your firm ordered, with the address, your reference, who ordered it and when, and lets you download the list as a CSV file. Owners, admins and billing contacts see the whole firm’s list. A member sees their own.
- From the free check. A free check result on WattleAddr Property now has a Buy reports in bulk link that opens sign-up.
- Where it covers. The Terms list where reports are available, read from the same record the checkout uses. Check any address free before you buy. If we cannot report on it, you are not charged and no report is used.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund of unused reports for 12 months after payment. If you still have unused reports, we email you 30 days before that window closes, unless you bought with a code that has no refund for change of mind. Unused reports stay usable after the window closes. Team is refunded as the price paid less $198 for each month that has started, and less than that if you paid less than the full price. Free trial reports are not refunded.
Some discount codes have no refund for change of mind. We tell you before you pay, and the tax invoice says so. If an area you could report on when you paid is no longer covered, or we discontinue the service, you can ask for a refund of what is unused at the price you paid, whatever code you used.
Refunds are not automatic. We check each request against these rules and decide it. If we approve a refund, we pay it by bank transfer within 10 business days of your request, with an adjustment note. If we need your bank details, or you change them, the 10 days start when you give them. The console has a Refund terms page with worked examples, and the refunds page has the detail. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
